Chicken Fried Rice



Ingredients:

  • Chicken - 2 pounds

  • Mixed veggies - 1 bowl

  • Oil - Lots.



Steps:
------

1. Clean chicken, cut into cubes, wash, and boil for 10 mins. Dry them and sprinkle red chilli powder in the chicken and mix well.
2. Deep fry chicken in oil till they lose their tenderness. Dry oil in tissue. Keep aside.
3. Heat oil. Cardamon, Cinnamon, bayleaf are to be fried. Add veggies and fry for some time.
4. Add Chicken and fry for 5 mins. Add boiled rice and stir intermittently. Add Salt and ajino motto if possible.

Masal-Vadai




Ingredients:
-------------


  • channa dal 1 small cup
  • toor dal 1 small cup
  • rice floor 2 spoon
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 spn
  • coriander little peices
  • curry leaves 5 leaves
  • red chillies 5-7
  • finely chpped onions 2
  • salt to taste


1. Soak toor dal and channa dal for 1/2 hour.
2. Grind until they are half cut in the blender.
3. Add cut chillies, curry leaves, coriander, ginger, garlic and grind for a while.
4. Add some water to make the blending easier. This paste will not stay firm in oil so add rice floor to make it crispy and also thick.
5. Add enough salt and make the paste into small balls and drop it in hot oil.
6. After 1 minute press them with a metal ladle to make the vada thinner so that it will absorb more heat and get cooked well.
7. Remove from oil after it turns brown.
